Nos centramos en el segundo apartado: AN脕LISIS DE LA PARTICIPACI脫N.

2.1. Punto de partida de Dreamhammar
Dreamhamar  is a participation and network design process led by Ecosistema Urbano  to redesign the Stortorget Square in Hamar, Norway.
Hamar  kommune decided to take a pioneer approach to the construction of the  new Stortorget Square. Instead of handing the Hamar citizens a finished  square, they will be able to participate in a collective brainstorming  process that will determine Stortorget鈥檚 new configuration. The project  name is dreamhamar (dreamhamar.org), and Ecosistema Urbano is the  architecture firm and think tank which created the network design  process. Ecosistema Urbano will be in Hamar from August to December to  share with Hamar鈥檚 citizens how they see the city and what they dream  for Stortorget Square. All Hedmark residents are invited to join the  on-site workshops that will take place on weekdays and weekends from  September to December at the Basarbygningen, facing Stortorget Square  and say how they want this main space to become.

Dreamhamar has seven working areas that will take place simultaneously:

a) PRELIMINARY URBAN DESIGN
From  research to design, a multidisciplinary team of professionals 鈥  architects, urban designers, sociologists, engineers, artists鈥 鈥 will  identify the needs expressed by Hamar and Hedmark鈥檚 residents, and  develop creative solutions for the construction of the square. The urban  design will finish in June 2012, and the construction phase of the  square will be finish in Desember 2013.
The  preliminary design is the first phase of the urban design process: an  urban and architectural approach to Stortorget, analysing its main  characteristics and suggesting the Hamar citizens principles and tools  to think the future square.

The Preliminary Design creates 3 Urban Atmospheres:
Three  areas are suggested to organize the future Stortorget, each of them  with a different atmosphere and special characteristics:
1. lively streetscape: connecting with the surrounding streets and buildings
2.  social and nature ring: tree area and the concentration of fixed  elements (facilities, lighting system, benches, pavilions, etc).
3. creative arena: open space with multiple uses and configurations to promote social interaction.
b) PHYSICAL LAB / BAZAAR BUILDING
The  Bazaar building is dreamhamar鈥檚 Physical Laboratory, where workshops,  lectures and exhibitions take place through the fall of 2011. It is  placed in Hamar, facing Stortorget square. It is also Ecosistema  Urbano鈥檚 pop up office during the participation process.
c) ONSITE WORKSHOPS / LECTURES
Onsite  workshops and lectures by local and foreign creative guests are aimed  at people in Hedmark. These activities take place at the Physical Lab.
The  citizens鈥 participation at the workshops form a large database of their  dreams, knowledge and ideas. 5 topics to bring people together to  debate and share ideas. There will be a week of lectures and workshops  for each topic.
+Technology week: Can Hamar incorporate technology as a way to define a new concept of public space?
+ Activities week: What does Stortorget need for different events and activities to happen?
+  Environment week: How can we promote citizens to be more conscious and  concerned about their environmental responsibility from design?
+  People week: How can we use the design of public spaces to  improve/enhance/multiply/ and promote the interaction, creativity and  auto organization dynamics between people?
+Seasonal  Strategy week: Can we design a public space as a responsive environment  to the changing light/weather/temperature conditions?

d) URBAN ACTIONS
The  urban actions created at Stortorget, aim to generate expectation and  call citizens to action on the square. These actions serve as a way of  experiencing possible uses and solutions for the future square, but it  is also a way to directly change the urban environment in a short period  of time with a reduced amount of resources.

e) DIGITAL LAB
Stortorget  will become a digital square by means of a large and international  system of integrated communication and participation tools that open the  project to a global network. Anybody interested in dreamhamar will be  able to follow the process on dreamhamar.org
f) ACADEMIC NETWORK
Dreamhamar  is engaging different European universities into this global  participative brainstorming. Students with different backgrounds are  working around Hamar鈥檚 main public space as their course case study.  They will contribute with their work and creativity to rethink Hamar鈥檚  main public space identity. Some of the European students involved will  also travel to Hamar to be part of the urban actions linked to some of  the onsite workshops.

Dreamhamar  is also connected with this year cultural Rucksack project, and gives  1292 students from elementary and high schools at Hedmark county  the  possibility to contribute by sharing their ideas for Stortorget.

2.3. C贸mo Ecosistema trabaja con las propuestas/ideas sacadas del proceso de participaci贸n ciudadana de Hamar
Of  course a participatory project still relies on the know-how and  creativity of the professionals creating it. You don鈥檛 just mix (even  very good) suggestions and get a fantastic project automatically, as  some of the people that participated may expect. As an hypothetical  example, your proposal of an x-shaped fountain won鈥檛 probably make it  through the process exactly like that 鈥攊t鈥檚 obviously impossible to  build all the fountains we saw in hundreds of people鈥檚 drawings, and it wouldn鈥檛 make sense to directly choose one between them. But if the presence of this idea is relevant enough, there will be probably something related to water. Maybe moving  water, or even a proper fountain, but with a shape that makes sense  with the rest of the project and gives space to other elements and  activities that are also expected to take place there.
So  during this month we focused on translating complex ideas into  concepts, more than on mixing specific solutions or shapes. This  involves extracting the most relevant contents through analysis,  discussion and drafting sessions, and creatively building upon them,  synthesising them in combined solutions so that more ideas can be  represented. After we draft, discuss and select the most promising of  these solutions, we study their feasibility, both technical and  economical, and they make their way into the final project.
The  last session was very intense. Projecting ideas, drawings, reports and  photos on the wall boosted our creativity and the discussion went on  over very relevant topics such as local identity and history, seasonal  change and weather, urban life, universal design, basic elements like  light, water and fire, presence of local art and cultural activity,  furniture, children鈥檚 relation to public spaces, mobility issues,  economy and maintenance, etc.

NUESTRO TRABAJO AHORA

1) CALENDARIO ACTIVIDADES HAMAR: revisar todas las actividades del  calendario. Lo hemos dividido de tal manera que yo me encargar茅 de todo  lo sucedido hasta el d铆a 23 de octubre, y Diego desde entonces hasta  diciembre. 

2) ACTORES ECOSISTEMA: Dise帽ar lista de personas que han participado  de ecosistema en hamar y que pueden contribuir a nuestra investigaci贸n.  Primero, de las que est谩n disponibles en ecosistema, y despu茅s si es  necesario de aquellas que estuvieron y ya no. 

3) BLOG DREAMHAMAR: Partiendo del calendario ver todo aquella info  que disponemos desde la web. Al mismo tiempo ir dise帽ando el  cuestionario de entrevistas de aquella informaci贸n que consideremos  relevante y que no aparezca. Es necesario ver todos los vidios de  hamarexperience. Yo ver茅 del 1 al 10 y Diego del 10 al 20. De cada vidio  hay que hacer un resumen que habr谩 que compartir con el resto de  personas.

4) DISE脩O DE ENTREVISTAS: Con todo lo anterior. Hemos pensado qe  estos cuatro primeros pasos sean durante estas dos semanas de febrero, y  las dos primeras de marzo sean para llevar a cabo las entrevistas.

5)  ENTREVISTAS Y OTROS: Realizaremos las entrevistas e intentaremos  identificar nuevos actores a los que entrevistar (pr ejemplo externos a  ecosistema, personas de Hamar, otros expertos, estudiantes  universidades, etc...) e iniciaremos esos nuevos guiones en funci贸n de  la info obtenida a partir de las entrevistas en ecosistema.

Last Monday we talked about. Main topics:
WHY脿 To get a better approach of Stortorget.
AIM 脿 To let people think about the identity of Hamar beyond the urban, the social construction.
TARGET GROUP 脿Everyone, different tools to get every kind of people involved (from group meetings to apps).

HAMAR EXPERIENCE II: Online Workshops and Urban Design Explained

Preliminary design: analysis of the square, history and situation. Chessboard: from this,  people can do many things.
Online workshops: 2 in October
-          Public Space and People (Wallister): public space from a social point of view. Relating P.S. to environmental, cultural, political and social variables. From 4th to 26th of October 脿 2 kind of sessions:
o   Open online sessions (anyone can access to it, and it is free)
o   Online network design session: link their research/work to this experience. 50 people.
-          Tactical Urbanism: using technology for social interaction and use of public space.
They give grants for the workshops
 
JAIME (preliminary design: How stortorget is and how it could be) Architect, 5 years in Ecosistema Info how urban design is going.
- Different steps because this is different situation to other projects. In this case we will have a first step called preliminary design. It is a first analysis: history,... not much going on now in the square but will be a transformation. F.e. culture house building will be there and will be more pedestrian area with more galleries. We are taking account of the architectural and technical questions of the actual situation.
 
But at the same time we leave the process open to introduce the participants requests. There is much more going on with people participation. Jaime: "Exciting" "it's going to be great"
 
Some of the impressions they got from the square: 1) evolution of the square through pictures, 2) big impact of cars in the sixties and they are in the square where many other things could be happening., 3) opportunity to redefine what the square should be, taking in account the history of the square and the time passing.

NEW CULTURAL CENTER: existing building that used to be a library. New activities will take place such as theatre, media, library, cafe,... it will contribute to the construction of the square because it is bringing  a lot of activities to the square.
 
Open possibilities to change through time. Workshops organized around 5 topics: technology (how to use it in order to connect with the public space: internet is the most important and democratical but at the same time it is becoming more controlled), activities (what people want to do there), environment (better approach of resources), people (inclusive), seasons (temperature, weather, light,...),...
 
Belinda is going to Hamar in Wednesday. They are going to contact the locals (associations,...), sharing the topics, checking if they feel something missing (during next week) once they are there they think it will be easier to make people involve. 
 
other issues regarding the square: a lot of history documents, interesting to see how it gets organize through years, Bazaar building will be ecosistema office, workshop space, meeting point. The official opening will take place in September 17th.

Observaciones: muy lento, no creo que mucha gente lo haya visto entero, se oye regular con un ruido de fondo, deber铆an sintetizar m谩s y tener un poco m谩s preparado lo que decir, por lo menos para que no dure una hora. Posiblemente se podr铆a haber dicho todo en 20 minutos.

What are you doing in Hamar:
Stian: 3 years ago he came for being international coordinator. 
Jens: 4 years ago he came to work at University
 
What do u like about Hamar? 
S: changing weather, big lake, contrast weathers (summer and winter)
J: the weather doesn鈥檛 change that much like in other places (in the coast from one hour to another) 
(they just like the opposite thing of the same thing)
 
Ideal weekend in Hamar:
J: his house and garden, city center (but there is a debate about having a living center or not), and the beach at the lake,鈥 
S: Concerts, theatre, cinema, the hills: fishing, walk in the forest with the dog, barbecue,鈥
 
WORK
S: Interesting things to do with students, teachers, there are around 100 international students every year from Europe, South East of Asia, Russia, and more than 20 country- A part of this international students (exchanges and international programs), there are others that have been in Norway living for a while coming through regular visas.
J: he teaches Norwegian to international students, for Germans and Dutch students is easier.
 
Characteristic of Hedmark University
S: 4 campuses, agriculture sciences nearby the farms, it shows the connections to traditional professions. There are also good schools for fine arts and computers: one of the most popular programs is computer design, etc鈥
 
One of the most popular place to meet for students:
J: not easy to answer. They like concerts, public debates,鈥 pubs around Hamar, I read in the newspapers they are in some square??? (I didn鈥檛 get this so well)
 
What do u thing it is going to be like 鈥渄reamhamar鈥?
S: The location is going to be developed into something, now is not attractive, and I hope it becomes something where is reflected the diversity of Hamar: meeting place, interactive place for people鈥nd not only a place where u can park your car. 
J: place with potential. Something should be done with it, it鈥檚 boring, in national day u see lot of people there so it has a function, it has tradition and it is important for people. One of the most famous restaurant has some troubles and it is what happen with city center that need to be more alive.
 
From the 5 topics. Which would be for you the most important to attend:
J: people, you can鈥檛 do anything without people, it is the most important thing of a community. That must be something that attract the people, the space in itself invites the activities, people will decide how to use it.
S: environmental and activities. I am concern about the environment, a successful public space somehow reflects the strategies to have a sustainable environment. And activities because people make space come alive, and if the space invites you to take part it will be a great idea. And if dreams of citizen are reflected will be a great idea.
 
Belinda: Our idea is to open the process to let people participate and like we are responsible of this project we will try to do our best and try to include the ideas and give them shape.
J: of course there are many different interests in the space depending of age group, and youth is interested in technologic development: to have possibility to sit outside with the computers in summer,鈥 and to have the possibility to be in the public space to show yourself. I鈥檇 like to have an open space with many plants and trees but then there is also a problem because if there are many trees in a very open space you can鈥檛 see anyone and it is needed!
 
Example: 
S: It is hard to pick the top ones. Tiananmen square of Beijing where I鈥檝e been many times, it has a dark history. I have very special feeling being there. I had very interesting interactions with Chinese people there, tourists and locals, or foreigners,鈥
Belinda: I am surprise that u find that kind of space a good place for interaction when it is a huge flat square
S: I interacted with people on the square. I remember seeing people flying kites in the air and the impression of the architecture, and the history around鈥  you can call it a successful public space? I don鈥檛 know, but at least it made an impression to me. In Hamar we have a very different place, down at the beach, Coia, where they have included a skate park, basketball court,鈥 it represent a successful public space too, where there are people and most of the time they do activities, and youth, they can do meaningful things and they have fun not only be sitting and be bored, people with all ages enjoy this place.
J: public spaces are designed during centuries, not just that you build it and that鈥檚 it鈥 so I think Italy and Spain are related to churches, there are only some trees, I think of the restaurants near then, you can鈥檛 just hide, I think it is important the opportunities for people around space, to be at the space, not necessarily on the space. Usually you can only cross the space, there is nothing to do there but it would be good to have an stage where people can perform in summer, we know people who has being educated in telling stories, so they need a stage. International performance,鈥 that鈥檚 kind of live I would like to see.
 
Belinda: it鈥檚 about creating the basic infrastructure that provides the possibility to鈥
 
J: I鈥檇 like to heard classical music.
 
Belinda: yesterday in Oslo it was raining and there was someone rehearsing and people were standing with the umbrella even if it was uncomfortable.
J: we have this kind of people here too.  
 
If Stortorget is close enough to campus, is it possible that some of the activities taught indoors, could be actually moved to public space?
J: some education teachers go to anywhere to do some classes, ex. going to do an snowman in winter. I鈥檇 like to go out, and have contact not only with students but also with other people and then university would be more part of the city. Open university could be a strategy when people can come and listen. With a big screen you could even play in the square what is happening inside the class.
 
Do international students have the chance to meet anywhere? Because that鈥檚 also related to public space.
S: we try that international y Norwegian get along together, for ex., in classrooms, but in the international courses it鈥檚 more difficult because there are only international students. That鈥檚 why for us it鈥檚 important that there are integration activities on campus. One of our goals is looking for public spaces for meeting. It should be great to have public space where they can meet because now I don鈥檛 know if the public spaces where students are attracted to, allows it: like the moll, the cinema, theatre, the pedestrian street,鈥 students are not as visible in the city as we would like them to be. My dream for Stortorget: that it becomes a natural place where they can spend some time regardless where they are from.  Through some open lecture or something related to the cultural center, for example.
 
How university can get linked to the projects to get inputs from the students whether they are international or not?.
S: it would help that people from the project get involved it university and make promotion inside university (in a specific way for students). We will assist you.
 
How do you think architects can bring technology to provide more flexible and activate in the public space?. Importance of internet. 
J: there is always problem to connect technology and public space, specially in a country like Norway. Big flat scream, open network, they can use campus network?? If it is close to the square people would like to be there for free connection. (I don鈥檛 understand this so well)
 
Belinda: we would like to make people more connected. 
J: There are places where people usually are together like in McDonalds, the library and at the beach in summer. Something good would be to bring some activities that they do somewhere else to the square like playing videos, etc. 
Belinda: we have created a mobile app for youngsters that don鈥檛 want to come to the workshops, but they can participate this way
 
Childhood and public space
S: I wasn鈥檛 afraid of crowded places鈥 but I can鈥檛 remember any experience in public space. I had no traumatic experiences鈥
Belinda: It鈥檚 not about that! I tell u my experience in Madrid鈥 (carnival en plaza mayor)
J: it is very different o grow up in Madrid or other mayor cities, in Norway all are very small cities and people is more related to natural spaces. You don鈥檛 see so many people together in the same place.
S: I had a negative experience, I was chased by a dog in Oslo. But also we have associations with parks: picnics, family, with friends we drink beers (illegal but a nice thing to do with people under some circumstances)
 
What is your dream for Hamar
J: from professional point view, that university becomes a part of the city much more than it is now. As a musician: being able to play in the square (sometimes I play in a caf茅)
S: a place where you can have experiences, meeting people and having cultural input, something happening in  in a screen making you curious about something. That it becomes one of the main reasons to come to Hamar, something we can be proud of. As a musician, I would like to see mayor international musicians performing in Hamar.
 
HAMAR EXPERIENCE V: FORGET YOUR HOME, ENJOY THE SQUARE 22/08/2011

-          Today Dominico and Jos茅 Luis arrive to Hamar
-          Noa was meeting today with the cultural department in the commune: engage disable people and youth sport associations to the project. 
They are meeting Andr茅s Wallister and a local activator.  
-          Also they will be interviewing the mayor (in Hamar experience). 
-          Agreement collaboration with cultural rucksack- every year different topic, this year will be about stortorget. 
-          They鈥檝e visited Norwegian houses spending the evenings and everything鈥 
-          Soon moving to Bazaar building (now they are in some other place).

T: moved from Oslo in the 90s for his children. Hamar has one of the best technological connections of Norway.???
 
What do u like to do in Hamar.
B: Hamar is flat (he comes from mountain place). For Skiing and sport is good place. Hamar is very open and this kind of projects help people to get involved.
T: everything is close.
 
Dreamhamar: what do you think?
B: Good chance to get involved and participate.
 
Do u think people is going to get involved and talk about the future?
T: the important thing is to create a space that motivate the interaction. 
B: in spring they had a debate about the city and many people participated and this project can be a natural continuation of that and he wouldn鈥檛 be surprise that people react very good. 
T: He sees in the project something needed for Hamar鈥檚 development. You can use technology to bring the out in and the in out. And use the square as a living-room.
 
Their actual jobs:
B: Creative/ cultural business. They work in a project to recuperate the nestle factory called 鈥淏rain boiler鈥, place where people of this kind of work comes together and do staff: radio, artists, photographers,鈥 20 different profiles
T: half of the time he works in something related to cleaning water, and other half giving conferences to different workers: miners, fishers,鈥
 
How can we use what you do for us as a designer?
T: now u can create materials knowing what u expect from then
 
Your position of internet and media possibilities
B: I have an idea: life animation technology. Kids can talk with a character that actually is a real person behind the scream and make some interaction.
 
How can we bring this to infrastructure?
T: we see it every day鈥 line between technology and not technology it鈥檚 difficult to see. We all use the phones to know restaurants, etc. it would be interesting if you can put the phone in front of a building and see how it used to be 50 years ago鈥.
B: it would be great to have interactive screens or all information about the place could be shared through Bluetooth or something like this.
 
Belinda: it is more difficult to access to new things because of technology but what we want is to create a new physical experience that can鈥檛 be experience through technology.
B: it should be a place to play for people for any age, for ex. A keyboard
 
What can we make for social moments in the square such as May 17th?
B: different screens to be used in different occasions. The square has to be a place where it is natural to go. The people want to be together not at home alone. 
 
Belinda: It is an interesting moment because of the new culture house. 
 
Mobility problems in Hamar?
T: it鈥檚 not a big deal, the problem is parking but in Hamar it鈥檚 not a problem because you can park around the city and walk to anywhere. People in Hamar isn鈥檛 that connected to the car. 
B: The car  is used only to make shopping and carry the staff.
T: Norwegians don鈥檛 like to go out for lunch, if they don鈥檛 go out to make shopping they don鈥檛 go out at all. That鈥檚 why many restaurants have problems. 
B: there is a couple of cafes in the square where people goes so it鈥檚 needed to bring this interest for the cafes to the square.
Belinda: eating places bring life to the public space, here is curious that there are the same opening times for winter and summer,鈥 so do u think this should change in summer that people make more life out in this time of the year?
T: this is brought as a problem more from the outside, Norwegians say: there is not such a thing as a bad weather, you use more clothes and go out anyway. 
Belinda: is there enough playgrounds for kids?
T: there are not built playgrounds but you鈥檝e got the forest, we (Norwegians) think nature as a playground.

Today鈥檚 Hamar experience: Digital activities coordinated from Madrid. 
In Hamar: Belinda, Dominico, Jos茅, Noa and Thomas.
Francesco and Marisa: Methodology 脿 achieving citizen participation and creating a network. Network: in order to make people from Hamar part of the process of creating the square.
Digital activities 脿 complex system of the project: physical and digital. You can participate in online workshops. 
Liza: booklet with 2 parts where they have investigated some materials to be applied to the project now and later. 1) maps of different visions of the city (traffic, institutions, etc.) 2) possible things to use in the square (material investigation). It can鈥檛 be seen as a recipe of how the square is going to look but as something that can be used for discussion. English and Norwegian versions.
Marisa: how to get involved in dreamhamar. (Communication and translation, not architect). She is going to use cocking recipe as an example for the work design methodology. Pizza: collaborative process. You ask everyone and you need to create a consensus. Everybody needs to agree in every ingredient. 1) Brain storming process (enjoy the talking), 2) Collect the ideas and taste it, based in the ideas, making my own recipe. 3) While I am in the kitchen, the other people became friends/contacts and keep talking about other things a part of pizza, same interests; 4) Final pizza, nobody can say this was my idea, but everybody will have some part that they really like.
Allows you to take part of a decision f how the place you live is going to be.

Andr茅s- Public Space and People Online Workshop
Provide some knowledge in basic concepts. 
Content: 4 sections 鈥 1) theorical based on reality with a lot of examples. Different notions of public space, different perspectives from different authors. Get a historical approach too. 2) Functions of space,, how some are hegemonic and others the ones I like, but also about the potentials of the public space. We are in critical moment (revolutions Arabs), important for political change, like it happened in Madrid. How space can be defined 3) public space and participation. Why this is important, how can participation and public space can be relevant. How can we can make it sustainable, managed by the community 4) keys of how to do this.

Noa: Redesign of Stortorget.
This week:
-          Collaboration program with architecture university of Limerick  participating in online workshops. Polytechnic of Milano in tactical urbanism online workshop. 
-          Free Wi-Fi in the square from 17th Sept. 
-          Today: election of Hamar?. 
-          Last week they interviewed the mayor. He said it鈥檚 not possible to have everyone happy. (d贸nde est谩 esta entrevista?)
-          Main object: create a network of people from Hamar to create together public space.
-          Noa is very happy to be in Hamar, she says that everybody is very nice to her. 
-          Bazaar building is open.
-          Today meeting 5 local activators during the workshops.
-          Past weeks meeting people from Hamar. Very flexible process, they need to be very open to observe what鈥檚 going on. 
-          They have met people from the cultural department in the commune. Sport 脿 Hamar system: invented 1894 something about speed skating in miosa lake. Many sports: football, hockey, handball,.. Mariane youth council 脿 important things for youth. houses for people with disabilities, meeting spaces for people to create for the new square,鈥

 It has to be special, we鈥檇 like there is grass because there aren鈥檛 many parks in Hamar.
 
How is Hamar for young people, cool place to go?
Since we don鈥檛 have a lot of places the shopping mall, and in summer the places where we go to swim. 
Do u think to stay when you grow up? 
Yes, they will probably go to study to other city in Norway but after they would come back because is not too big or too small and they have all their family there and is a nice city to rise children because for them is fun. 
What would you choose from your project to be included in the final project? 
The juice bar.

First Hamar experience at the Baasar Building (physical lab). 
What happened in opening event: 
-          Boamistura: artists from Madrid.
-          Not a parking anymore
 
People is still confused about what is dreamhamar. She explains again.
 
Drawings from kids with many ideas for stortorget (kultural rucksack)
 
She shares some pictures from Saturday event. Boamistura
-          They used cubes used to stop traffic to put it in the middle of the square
-          They drew like the typical geometric forms that usually are in Norwegian sweaters, in the floor of the square with three colors (they did in 2 days, ended by Sunday)
-          The mayor in the event was very supportive about this project. Inviting people to participate in the project.
-          They are demolating the library to build the new cultural house.
-          They are going to close half of the square, and they hope to close the hole square because they want to transform the whole square.
She talks about the importance of internet comparing it with water, so they are getting free Wi-Fi in the square. She thanks some people and companies. Free internet from: ATSIVA (till December)

After painting the square it went from a parking space to a public space, where people starts to behave in a completely different way. She hopes nobody complains about the parking space.
Tomorrow starts the technology week workshops. Bjarte and Juan.
1)      How do Norwegians use technology to organize and how to link technology to the use of public space (weather conditions). Scandinavian society Are very active in the internet. 
2)      Puss people to be creative!
3)      Relation between square and culture house
 
Tomorrow Bergen students. Open call. Explore new ways of using public space. Ask the locals how they would like to use the space.
 
Many people want to help. She thinks many times old people don鈥檛 want to get involved but they do.
Anecdotes with women.
She encourage people to come if not to the workshops, to the lectures where they can chat for a while and know each other.

They鈥檝e been in the newspapers: 1) positive critic about the future of stortorget, 2) front page, interview to noa and Belinda. 
 
She said everybody speaks English in Norway. She wants to speak Norwegians, and she is invited to a course.
 
They were in the local radio interviewed and also the radio interviewed people from the commune.
 
How are you going to process the data from the kultural rucksack: classified drawings among topics and try to communicate it in a graphic and show the most relevant examples. 
Many people ask for a fountain in the middle of the square, she thinks it can be related to the idea people has of a square, where it is needed to have a fountain in the meddle and some bunches. She thinks they had made choose the wrong question. It should have been more like, what would u like to do in the city that u can鈥檛 do now鈥

Kultural Rucksack 31 ag.-7 oct.
 
is a national programme that brings professionals of the arts and culture to Norwegian schools. The programme helps school pupils to become acquainted with all kinds of art and cultural expressions. This year, both the Education and Cultural Departments at Hamar Kommune have decided to connect the project to dreamhamar. For this reason, 1292 school children have worked producing their own ideas for the new Stortorget. Conducting this creative process with the children are: Kari Oline 脴verseth - ceramic artist, Ansgar Ole Olsen- metal sculptour- Esther Hel猫n Slagsvold - goldsmith, Kathrine Berg- light artist and the architect Elise Bringslid.
There is a video in Norwegian about the making-off. There was an analysis of the children productions during time in Hamar. In the blog appears as a tags kloud with the ideas that appear more often.

When the children of Hamar became involved in this process, they began to share their experiences with their parents and as a result their families also became involved in the Dream Hamar project鈥
 
It's very common for Norwegians to travel throughout Europe, and when we talk about creating a public space that is different from ours, we look to other European towns where it can be very common to see a fountain as the city center. Our torvet right now looks like a lot of other spaces in Norway. We have very masculine symmetrical designs to our outdoor spaces, such as the Vigeland Park, for example鈥tudents in the age group that we are working with are generally traditional in their design choices, that is why we have seen very similar ideas running throughout the models and drawings such as symmetry and the central fountain - Kari Oline 脴verseth, ceramic artist and teacher

Opening Event 17th September
In a few days starts dreamhamar麓s three-month long participation phase of workshops, lectures and model building where residents are invited to dream and to discuss the future of Stortorget, and it is marked with a big opening party Saturday, September the 17th at 2:00 pm !
 
During the participation phase you have the opportunity to participate in cooperation with local and international participants, and you can start already Saturday! Residents of Hamar and Hedmark are invited together with artists, urban planners, architects and academics to take part in a unique network design process with the intention to redesign Stortorget in Hamar.
 
We are so happy to have the great Spanish graffiti group Boamistura that will make an unique artistic intervention on Stortorget, and you are welcome to take part in their work on the opening event Saturday. 5 artists will be working on the square the days before, so please drop by to follow the process.
 
We will present you to the upcoming on-site workshops with the topics Tecnology, Activities, People, Environment and Sesonal Strategy, and the online workshops Tactical Urbanism and Public Space and Peple.
 
You will find an exhibitions of the preliminary phase and the Cultural Rucksack project with the work of 1292 pupils from 9 elementary schools and 3 high schools in the Basar building.

Reactions:
Warm yellow, light blue and white, very intense, very not Norwegian colors - I thought when saw installation in the middle of Stortorget- Even my fridge  in Hamar has national, Norwegians colors. That same day, in the evening, I talked with the people who painted the surface of Stortorget Square and the stone cubes. It was them who told me this was a project by an urban collective from Madrid, boamistura. The shapes of the paintings were like a reinterpretation of the traditional Norwegian patterns for sweaters. The colors made an impact on me. Fresh air was coming to Hamar. (Joanna Mikulska). 
 
Technlogy workshop (27-29 sept)
Internet has become the most interactive public space. We believe in the  possibilities of technology as a tool to enhance and promote social  relationships and its capacity to increase the qualities and multiply  the intensity and diversity of the physical space. Hamar can incorporate  technology as a way to define a new concept of public space?
Bjarte Ytre-Arne was  our community activator and the director of the first workshop. He is  quite famous in hamar 鈥 he is the former head of the Department for  Promotion at the Norwegian Film Institute, he麓s been the CEO of Innovation Studios, Norway and headed the audiovisual media production company Fabelaktiv.
Since the evenings them evolved around technology, the participants  where focused on how to combine the interactive and public space of the  Internet with the physical interaction that characterizes a square or at  a marked. Some even suggested a digital marketplace where farmers could display the goods. Another idea is the Interactive Speakers Corner

RESUMEN ENTREVISTA JORGE

Para que sea m谩s f谩cil trabajar en el resto de entrevistas, (por ejemplo para la de ma帽ana de Belinda), y por falta de tiempo para transcribir (y que por problemas t茅cnicos no grab茅 media hora de la entrevista), he hecho una especie de resumen-ideas b谩sicas de la entrevista con Jorge partiendo de las notas que tom茅 durante la entrevista.

Por favor, leedla y compartir vuestras ideas sobre lo que debemos preguntarle a Belinda.

 
BLOQUE I: EXPERIENCIA PERSONAL
1-  驴Qu茅 papel has asumido durante el proceso participativo?
Mi papel ha sido raro, cambiante. Como una navaja suiza:
            - 1) Agosto, Madrid: dise帽o de la oficina en Basaar bilding; 2) Hamar: Construcci贸n de la oficina (desde hamar); 3) Hamar: Opening event - parte t茅cnica (sonido, etc.); 4) Madrid: blog - comunicaci贸n, contenido; 5) Aplicaci贸n de What If para Hamar; 6) Madrid. crear aplicaci贸n intercambio de regalos que se hab铆a hecho en la noche en blanco en Madrid para usar en Hamar; 7) Hamar: organizaci贸n de la actividad - log铆stica; 8) Hamar - Evento final: organizaci贸n de light Hamar y ayudar a estudiantes de Alicante - log铆sitca (va en noviembre y vuelve el 3 de diciembre)
 
2- 驴Qu茅 tiene de especial para t铆 este proceso participativo?
La gran potencia del proyecto es conectar con lo que quiere la gente y generar interacci贸n. Ej: curas que quieren hacer misas en la plaza. De hecho el problema que se plantea ahora es que se ha cortado la comunicaci贸n, el tr谩fico vuelve a la plaza y por tanto tambi茅n se ha cortado el ambiente.
Es un proyecto piloto, es el primero con este planteamiento. Todo lo que se ha hecho ha sido probado antes, pero nunca todo junto, el Network Design es una idea original de Ecosistema.
 
3- 驴Qu茅 consideras que ha sido innovador desde Ecosistema que no haya habido en otros proyectos?
La revisi贸n del proyecto. En general no se han cancelado actividades sino que se han a帽adido propuestas. Lo importante es hacer una gesti贸n de prioridades que se hace en funci贸n de la demanda. Pero es dif铆cil. 
 
4- 驴Que actividades, acciones consideras que han sido m谩s fundamentales para el proceso? 驴Qu茅 se han extra铆do de ellas, en concreto?
Las actividades no previstas son las que m谩s han conectado con la gente de all铆. Y han puesto en contacto a gente de all铆 con intereses comunes. Creo que el ayuntamiento deber铆a continuar eso con la gente.
Los talleres eran un concepto dif铆cil de entender. Pero algunos, como el Kultural Rucksack funcionaron muy bien porque ya ten铆as un grupo que funcionara. 
Tambi茅n estuvo muy bien la exposici贸n de los proyectos que se hicieron en Alicante. Lo importante era que estaban en el espacio f铆sico, que el dise帽o hab铆a viajado. La web es un punto de uni贸n entre fuera y dentro, pero realmente las cosas han conectado en el espacio f铆sico.
 Lo que no funcion贸 fue la app, por falta de difusi贸n y porque hay que conectarlo con alguna actividad en el espacio f铆sico.
 
5-驴En que os hab茅is fundamentado para dise帽ar este proceso participativo? referencias previas
El hacer cosas con la gente como borrador para hacer un dise帽o, se hab铆a hecho, las conferencias y talleres tambi茅n, otra cosa es que est茅 documentado o no. POr ejemplo, unir herramientas digitales con acciones urbanas. Tambi茅n nos hemos basado en el Urban Social Design, una red de gente que aprend铆a, trabajaba, discut铆a,... y surgi贸 la idea de que lo importante era la relaci贸n/interacci贸n. (Tenemos un texto sobre esto colgado en n-1)
La raz贸n principal del Network Design es generar el debate, cosas nuevas, lazos, comunidad,...
 
6- 驴Qu茅 valores identificas que se han reflejado en el proceso?
Muchas de las cosas que nos planteamos ahora a la hora de hacer el dise帽o es, 驴qu茅 cosas no sab铆amos antes de ir?
Una cosa muy importante fue la fuerza que tiene la tradici贸n, por lo que esto chocaba un poco con el estilo de Ecosistema que tiende a ser colorido, flexible, ligero y esto no est谩 en el imaginario de la poblaci贸n de Hamar. 
Otra cosa muy importante es la conexi贸n con la naturaleza, la gente de all铆 quiere que en la plaza se represente el hielo, el agua, el fuego,... aqu铆 no te planteas poner fuego en un espacio urbano, sin embargo all铆 desde peque帽os est谩n acostumbrados a hacer fuego cuando van al bosque, etc.
Es importante su forma de ser. Algo que fue revelador en los talleres, fue el esfuerzo de los noruegos por definirse a s铆 mismos. Los valores que utilizaban para definirse son: la confianza, la estabilidad, la seguridad. Se cnsideran gente de fiar.
Por eso nos parece una buena idea recuperar el mercado, que era la funci贸n de la plaza hace 50 o 60 a帽os, antes de la llegada masiva del coche, para recordar su identidad.
 
7-  驴Qu茅 usos se pueden anticipar de los que la gente ya hace en la plaza o alrededores?
Entre los usos que se pueden anticipar, est谩 por ejemplo, el puesto de patatas asadas al que acceden los j贸venes despu茅s de salir de fiesta. Tambi茅n tiene una relaci贸n con el comercio, aunque ahora se use de parking pero es para ir a comprar. Otra cosa que ha aparecido mucho es la necesidad de visualizar cosas, porque all铆 se hace todo de casa a casa y tienen la necesidad de ver cosas. Y otro uso que se anticipa es el uso de la plaza por los ni帽os. El d铆a que se hizo la actividad con los ni帽os fue el d铆a m谩s activo, arrastran a sus padres, a otros ni帽os,...
 
8- Cuestiones relacionadas con el blog y los talleres online
Blog:
- propuestas: las concretas se han incluido en la nube de propuestas
- participaci贸n: se puede medir a trav茅s de las estad铆sticas que aparecen en la p谩gina. Por ejemplo, sabemos que la mitad de los usuarios volv铆an regularmente, especialmente aquellos que participaron en los talleres online. La mayor铆a lo que quieren es entender mejor el proyecto, por lo que se hizo un redise帽o de la p谩gina, para que apareciera en el comienzo las pesta帽itas con el qu茅, cu谩ndo, c贸mo,... lo m谩s utilizado es el "about". Otra cosa que se ha consultado mucho es el preliminary design. Pero como medio para la participaci贸n no ha tenido mucho impacto. Al principio ten铆a muchas visitas para ser tan nuevo, y despu茅s fue a menos. Al final ten铆an m谩s relevancia los peri贸dicos locales. Y el blog era m谩s 煤til para la gente de fuera.
- Organizaci贸n: en un principio se pens贸 como plataforma: para difundir, para publicar u comentar, conexi贸n con haar experience, otros v铆deos, calendario, etc. Despu茅s se cambi贸 la portada con las preguntas b谩sicas de la gente.
 
Online workshops:
- Objetivo: el objetivo era encontrar ideas innovadoras, mientras que en el plano de lo local se pretend铆a conocer la tradici贸n para que no se contradijera.
- Implicaci贸n: buena, los talleres fueron de alrededor de 10 personas por lo que era un n煤mero manejable. Muy activos: debates, propuestas.
- Perfil: diferentes puntos de Europa fundamentalmente, profesionales. Los contenidos eran te贸ricos.
- Efecto sobre el proyecto en general: la gente de la calle no ha visto los resultados de los talleres. Pero aportan otro punto de vista, cosas que no piensas pueden llegar de fuera a la plaza. No solo lo local, porque no se innova.
- Participaci贸n en otros aspectos del proyecto: en general no se ha participado en otras actividades, en parte porque se trataba de gente de fuera, pero con muchos se ha mantenido el contacto porque est谩n interesados en seguir aportando a Ecosistema.
 
10-驴Cu谩l ha sido tu participaci贸n en los talleres onsite? 驴C贸mo definir铆as la participaci贸n en estas actividades?
Generalmente en log铆stica. Estuve m谩s presente ayudando en el que dio Geir que estaba relacionado con seasonal strategy. 
Participaci贸n en ese taller: es algo noruego que las personas est茅n dispuestas a la conversaci贸n, aunque sea desde puntos de vista distintos. Son muy diplom谩ticos pero dicen lo que piensan. Aunque se traten temas dif铆ciles, no se pierde la participaci贸n. A los talleres iba mucha gente para el tama帽o de esta ciudad (la misma gente que podr铆a ir en Madrid). Fueron un 茅xito. Aunque a veces para ello hab铆a que llamar individualmente a las personas. El d铆a del open-event se fue recogiendo el contacto de todas las personas que estuvieran interesadas en formar parte del proceso. Luego se ampli贸 la lista con contactos del Ayuntamiento. Tambi茅n, uno de las funciones del local activator era traer a m谩s gente, por eso eran personas que sol铆an estar conectados a mucha gente. Y la lista crec铆a con las personas que iban participando en las actividades, que tambi茅n tra铆an a otras personas, etc.
 
11- 驴Has organizado o tenido un papel en alguna de las urban actions que se han llevado a cabo?
Los de Alicante hicieron algunas como una forma de mostrar su proyecto. Los de Bergem y Hedmark pretend铆an diamizar la plaza. Tambi茅n los de la escuela de jardiner铆a. La idea era que fuera algo ligero y temporal, y ver el efecto que ten铆a con la idea de poder hacer poteriormente algo relacionado m谩s est谩tico para la plaza.

BLOQUE II: COMUNICACI脫N
 
1- 驴C贸mo fue la fase de localizaci贸n de actores/asociaciones/etc. antes de llegar a Hamar?
Noa fue puerta por puerta. A partir del interlocutor del ayuntamiento, internet, etc. Posteriormente fue un contacto a trav茅s de otro contacto. Existen v铆deos de algunas entrevistas que se hicieron. Tambi茅n entrevist贸 a los partidos pol铆ticos. Esto se hizo durante el primer mes y pico, hasta que se mudaron a la oficina de Basaar. 
 
2- 驴C贸mo ha sido el proceso de difusi贸n de las actividades una vez en Hamar?
La difusi贸n se hizo a trav茅s de los contactos de la base de datos, carteles, folletos espec铆ficos para cada actividad y se pon铆an en las calles, negocios,... tambi茅n en la radio (con anuncios o a trav茅s de las entrevistas que les hac铆an), peri贸dicos locales, art铆culos, comunity activators, blog (poco efecto),... Lo + efectivo: carteles, peri贸dios locales y el pie de calle. Por ejemplo: invitaci贸n a vino
 
3- 驴Qu茅 capacidad de adaptaci贸n  crees que tiene el proyecto de  participaci贸n que propusisteis y  llevasteis a cabo a las demandas de los  ciudadanos de Hamar?
Bastante abierto, se han incorporado actividades pero no cancelado, se hac铆an esfuerzos para que funcionasen. El network design no consiste en que haya un punto y todos se comuniquen a trav茅s de 茅l, sino que se inicien varios caminos y se coincida en varios puntos distintos donde ocurren cosas fruto de la interacci贸n
 
4- 驴Como plante谩is el hecho de  que no se puede responder a todas las  demandas y c贸mo os enfrent谩is a  aquellos cuyas demandas quedan  excluidas?
Como dise帽ador, hay que rescatar las cosas importantes.
 REFLEXI脫N: la fase de interpretaci贸n, 驴se carga el proceso participativo? De este proyecto, para que haya 茅xito, deber铆a salir una parte de sistematizaci贸n para que pueda ser aplicado por quien quiera, y otra sobre la evaluaci贸n del impacto. Tambi茅n es necesario el apoyo de la comunidad, con una serie de redes que utilicen la plaza, y que cuando esta est茅 acabada, se sienta parte de su construcci贸n, y tenga ya una idea de lo que quiere hacer en ella. 
No podemos dejar a un lado la subjetividad del dise帽ador.
 
BLOQUE III: RESULTADOS DEL PROCESO DE PARTICIPACI脫N
 
1- Hab茅is hecho 茅nfasis en lo  global a trav茅s del networking, pero 驴cu谩nto  de esto ha tenido una  relevancia en el proceso local de participaci贸n  (actividades onsite)?
Traer algo remoto al sitio. El objetivo era recibir desde ambos puntos hacia los dise帽adores: local-tradici贸n; global-innovaci贸n. Los 煤nicos momentos que hab铆a contacto directo fue entre creative guests-local activators-poblaci贸n Hamar en los talleres. Hab铆a plataformas para la conexi贸n (como el blog) pero se usaban menos
 
2- 驴Qu茅 obst谩culos pod茅is identificar en el proceso de participci贸n que lo hayan dificultado?
Obst谩culos internos a Ecosistema: lo nuevo, inexperiencia (primera vez en noruega, y primera vez con el Network design); comunicaci贸n interna complicada; gesti贸n de la informaci贸n dif铆cil, no se hizo una parte de base de datos (personas, colectivos, lugares, actividades) por falta de tiempo y/o personal.
Obst谩culos externos a Ecosistema: se pierden matices con el ingl茅s, el noruego es importante; falta de coherencia institucional: falta de comunicaci贸n entre departamentos del ayuntamiento, proceso r谩pido qu al ayto no le da tiempo a asumir. Un desaf铆o es cambiar las condiciones de gesti贸n de las actividades para que pasen cosas en la plaza. Las personas en Hamar llevan un ritmo lento (estresados por la actividad de Ecosistema) por ser un 谩mbito rural, estaban llevandose a cabo demasiados cambios. Reticencia al cambio: esceptismo, rabia.
Conflicto: los defuera vienen a decirnos que hacer, relacionado con la percepci贸n de los espa帽oles: no creemos que sep谩is dise帽ar para nosotros.
 
3- 驴Qu茅 peso crees que ha  tenido vuestro proyecto de participaci贸n en la  participaci贸n real de la  poblaci贸n de Hamar en el nuevo dise帽o de la  plaza?
Ha sido continuada, no solo un evento, sino una red de eventos que llevan a redes de participaci贸n. Se han dado varios perfiles:
-          Va a un taller y no vuelve
-          Va a varios talleres
-          El + interesante para el futuro de la plaza: va a un taller y espera empezar a participar en otras cosas relacionadas con sus inquietudes, y encontrar su espacio
 
4- 驴Qu茅 expectativas teneis una  vez finalizado el proceso de  participaci贸n? 驴Creeis que hay que seguir  foment谩ndola? 驴De qu茅 manera?  驴Quienes son vuestros principales  aliados?
Ha habido un par贸n, yo insisto en esto. Pero aun as铆 naci贸 una nueva forma de usar la plaza y hay que recuperarlo. Hay que conseguir 鈥渟altar鈥 las fases de dise帽o y de construcci贸n y que lo valioso del proceso de participaci贸n volviera.
Utilizar recursos para que se mantenga esto estar铆a fuera del contrato, pero desde Ecosistema se habl贸 de contar con la gente m谩s activa para hacerles consultas sobre la plaza. Por ejemplo, con los colectivos de discapacitados. Por otro lado se habl贸 de generar una p谩gina de Facebook, como si fuera una plaza digital, para mantener el debate y el inter茅s.
El tema de generar debate antes del proceso era para evitar la exclusi贸n, que el debate no sea posterior a la construcci贸n.
 
BLOQUE IV: BASES FASE DE DISE脩O

Bases de fase de dise帽o
 
1- 驴En qu茅 os est谩is basando ahora a la hora de traducir la participaci贸n en dise帽o?
Enfoque: coger lo espec铆fico, lo que es m谩s propio de Hamar e incorporarlo. Revisar lo que se hab铆a visto.
驴Qu茅 hemos aprendido de Hamar? Incorporar actividades, sensaciones que la gente quiere experimentar y ver c贸mo hacer eso arquitect贸nicamente. Que integren muchas posibilidades. La matriz sirvi贸 para descomponer ideas y propuestas en conceptos, sacando el valor que hay detr谩s de las cosas, y es entonces cuando entra la creatividad de los dise帽adores.
La revisi贸n cr铆tica es importante. Qu茅 ha aportado hacer las cosas de esta manera y no de otra.

ha faltado: han hecho entrevistas pero sin rigor al rededor del campo, charlas utiles pero falta saber articular informacion, problema de gestion del tiempo. se ha hecho de la mejor forma posible. critica costructiva: analizar, limitar, etc.....

Aportar una perspectivas sobre la plaza: politicas publicas, cultura politica, relacionado con su relacion con la autoridad. concepto de integralidad. 
no solo lo que quieren hacer en la plaza, sino como perciben la participacion, la relacion historica con la plaza, relacion con el ayuntamieno,... tienen relacion muy dependiente con la administracion publica q les da mucho recursos pero mucha autoridad, que ha significado la plaza x edad clase, genero, etnia, etc....
 
lo que se haga en la plaza, mucho impacto economico. como gestionar el parking si se quita el de la plaza.

* se puede ver desde un contexto  a lo lejos, que permite hacer cosas que si lo ves muy de cerca no se puede hacer. analisis territorial y potencialidades del territorio al rededor de hamar.
 
            - 驴Qu茅 valores se han aportado desde a comunidad al proceso?
participacion sesgada, va quien + se nteresa. democracia fuerte, relacion paterno flial con la administracion. bastante activa la participacion. + mayor q joven xo bastante joven, mayores con espiritu joven, con muchas ideas. ciertas rigideces. aspectos del proyecto que no se entienden o no se aceptan. mucho interes en q la plaza sea el centro de hamar.
 
 
            - 驴Qu茅 usos se pueden anticipar de los que la gente ya hace en la plaza o alrededores? La gente habla de recuperar la centralidad de la plaza que ten铆a, has hablado tambi茅n de momentos en los que la plaza es una referencia (concentraci贸n de gente). Relaci麓on con movimientos pol铆ticos. Y el link de la plaza con el centro cultural? enlazar proyectos desenlazados
 
Taller orientado a la memoria y a las espectativas. el que ha sdo: vvencias de la plaza como centro de la vida economica, social, cultural. era l entrada al pueblo. de vistas al futuro: consciente problemas con trafico etc dificil de solucionar pero, se planteaban cosas viables.
 
 
 
 
En uno de tus posts hablabas de c麓omo determinadas estrategias pol铆ticas y econ贸micas en la planificaci贸n de la ciudad deja poco margen a la espontaneidad. E incluso c贸mo se hab铆a utilizado como forma de dominaci贸n y control soocial, 驴 qu茅 opinas de esto en relaci贸n con este proyecto y la participci贸n qu茅 se ha dado en Hamar? 驴hasta qu茅 punto le interesa al Kommune que se produzca un proceso de empoderamiento de la poblaci贸n de Hamar?
se podria haber trabajado mucho mas en saber esto (analisis). discursos paradogicos: que se junte si pero que no haga ruido, ensucie,.... etc. esos codigos que son claves para el exito. no conozco esas variables

muy involucrados. se presentaron cosas muy teoricas importante en el proceso de reflexion y otras no sabe mas tecnicas

este curso 2 veces. primavera, 2 meses, formato parecido. clase general y tutorias individuales. en este caso discusion grupal google groups. 1潞 relacion directa con los participantes; 2潞 no se produce comunidad. por alguna vez de dise帽o no se produjo en una red. 
 
 
 
 
Desde el punto de vista de lo local y lo global, uno de los elementos principales de Ecosistema en su Network Design, nos ha parecido que le dan la misma importancia a ambas dimensiones, y en cambio, a nosotros nos parece que lo global debe ser un complemento, pero que lo local es lo m谩s importante. 驴Consideras que se le ha dado la misma prioridad? 驴C贸mo crees que es la mejor forma de articular estas dos dimensiones espaciales?

geir: portero; sus jefas tb muy comprometida. desde el equipo (carisma de belinda) ha sabido generar dentro de una parte del ayuntamiento entusiasmo. la parte mala no la conozco. falta de cooperacion.

驴C贸mo crees que Ecosistema ha integrado las respuestas de Hamar a sus actividades, y e proceso en general?
buen nivel de integracion, pero informacion desintgrada. de forma desigual. people muy intenso. otros fenomenal y otros poca gente....
 
 
- 驴C贸mo crees que debe enfrentarse en este tipo de proyectos participativos la pluralidad de ideas, especialmente aquellas que van en contra del proyecto, o de aquellos grupos que tienen un conflicto de intereses con el mismo: a favor del parking, artistas?
cuando hay un proyecto y hay una oposicion, hay una estrategia, lo han hecho bastante bien. estrategias de movilizacion de gente. frescura del proyecto: la gente no viene, hacemos comida y un sociologo tal vez no lo haga.
se han asociado a personas clave como la cantante moki ryan.

Resultados proceso participaci贸n
- 驴Qu茅 peso crees que ha tenido vuestro proyecto de participaci贸n en la participaci贸n real de la poblaci贸n de Hamar en el nuevo dise帽o de la plaza?
han participado gente muy abierta, x otro lado se ha visibilizado mucho el proyecto y participa mas gente indiferente,... en ese sentido un exito. una plaza en obras se ha convertido en un escenario en marcha.
 
 
驴Qu茅 obst谩culos se han dado para la participaci贸n?
brecha digital: ancianitos, inmigrantes
 
 
 
.- 驴Se ha acabado el proceso de participaci麓on? 驴Debe seguir de forma autosuficiente? 驴se ha conseguido? 驴qu茅 podemos hacer nosotros con el tiempo del que disponemos ahora para que se mantenga esa estructura de comunidad y de networking que se ha iniciado durante el proceso?
no ha habido devolucion y no se si habria posibilidades. habria amarrado instituciones locales al proceso.
q cuestionemos elementos como interdisciplinar, analizar "me salto todo a la torera" lo bueno y lo malo, proceso general muy bueno, pero costes...?

asumirla mas el ayuntamiento. que el ayto egitimara de forma publica y notoria. en ese tipo de sociedades dependiente de la ad. publica, enviar carta individualizada, o que se posicionara con contundencia. desparrame de unos tipos que vienen del sur. sociedad muy conservadora.

*trabajar una zona mientras se utiliza la otra,...
